A STRAIGHTFORWARD DEAL

Our part:

• Our prices include insurance and VAT, so if you are getting quotes from other companies, make sure that theirs do too!
• Insurance can be deducted if you would like to put our vehicle on your company's insurance policy, for longer-term hires this maybe a cheaper option.
• There are no hidden extras charged later.
• Our insurance excess is reasonable and cannot be reduced further by making additional payments.
• We do not take cash.
• We do not take deposits.
• We do not take payments in advance of the hire.

Your part:

• You pay for your vehicle on the day.
• You pay with a credit card or debit card.

• You bring the vehicle back with the same amount of fuel in it as when you hired it. If you do not bring the vehicle back with at least the same amount of fuel in it as when it went out, we reserve the right to charge your payment card with the cost of the fuel used, which includes the cost of re-fuelling the vehicle. No refund will be given in the event of a vehicle being returned with excess fuel.
• You bring back the vehicle in the condition we hired it to you. If you bring back the vehicle damaged, unreasonably dirty, or the vehicle has been smoked in (it is illegal to smoke in our vehicles), we reserve the right to charge your payment card with a cost to cover cleaning and valeting.
